Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

 

1. Standard (non-personalized) Items

We accept returns on all non-personalized items within 30 days of the original purchase date.  To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must include all original packaging and tags
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

2. Personalized and Custom Items

Due to the unique nature of custom craftsmanship, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any products that have been:

  • Custom made to specific measurements
  • Printed or engraved with names, dates, or personal photos

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., "change of mind"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Our responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

4. Items Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, we will prioritize a resolution for you:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requirements: You must provide photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, regardless of whether the item was personalized or standard.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a non-personalized item, please contact our support team at createdandcrafted23@gmail.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, the refund of the original product purchase price, will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
